Getting started
Do I need an account?
No. Install the app and start logging. There is nothing to sign up for.
How do I add past periods?
Open Cycle and tap Add past period. Three logged cycles are enough for the first prediction.
What are the seasons?
Winter, spring, summer and autumn are Bloomra's names for the menstrual, follicular, ovulatory and luteal phases. The Garden shows today's season and what it tends to feel like.
Your data
Where is my data stored?
In an encrypted database on your iPhone. Bloomra has no server. Read the privacy architecture for the claim-by-claim version.
How do I back up or move to a new phone?
Settings, Backup. You choose a password; the backup file is encrypted with it and you keep the file.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, Delete All Data. It removes your logs from the phone and checks that they are gone. Deleting the app does the same. Step by step.
Subscription
How does the free period work?
Premium is free for 14 days, then $4.99 a month through Apple. No payment is taken during the free period, and nothing renews on its own.
How do I restore a purchase?
Settings, Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.
What do I keep if I cancel?
Your history stays viewable, always, and logging stays free for your first 3 cycles. Tree rings and the full Wisdom library pause until you subscribe again.
